1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and rss99 ("rss99", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the website located at https://rss99.club (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rss99 Platform. Your continued use of any rss99 service following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the rss99 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction;

rss99 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Where underage access is suspected or confirmed, the account will be suspended immediately and any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation. Pakistani users accessing the Platform via rss99 Login must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and their respective province.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) rss99 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your valid Pakistani mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rss99 Login credentials.

rss99 may require Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

rss99 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. The Platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 via JazzCash or Easypaisa; Rs 1,000 via bank transfer.

rss99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawals or transactions flagged for risk assessment. Deposits made by a third party or via methods not registered to the account holder may be declined and returned.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on rss99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. General provisions include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. rss99 does not cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of an obvious system error or manifest mistake in posted odds.
• In the event of an event cancellation or void, stakes will be returned to the user's rss99 wallet within 24 hours.
• rss99 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts, winnings, or the number of simultaneous bets per user at its sole discretion.
• Suspiciously patterned betting activity, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage exploitation, or use of automated betting software, may result in bet cancellation, account restriction, or suspension.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20s, and ODIs — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform, which take precedence over these general Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

rss99 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload offers, and cricket-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to separate promotion-specific Terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and validity periods. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the relevant promotion Terms.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• rss99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and possible account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rss99 and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games;
• Using software, bots, or other automated tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the Platform's security or integrity;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses rss99 staff or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rss99 Platform — including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of rss99 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent from rss99. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rss99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including losses resulting from betting outcomes, technical failures, payment processing delays, or force majeure events.

rss99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access, and rss99 will not be held responsible for any losses sustained during such periods.

10. Privacy

rss99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. rss99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

11. Amendments

rss99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 12. Governing Law
